Paying procedures

To ensure your reservation you are called to pay either the whole amount for your stay or to make a deposit of 20-30% of the amount to the accommodation owner, while the rest is to be paid at your arrival to the accommodation.

The most preferable way of payment is through ordinary bank remittance (in case the property does not provide on-line booking).
The commission cost is paid by the sender.

The deadline for deposit payment is two (2) business days from the day of availability confirmation from us. Due to the big volume of requests, we cannot keep any reservations without being paid for more than 48 hours.

A deposit or a full prepayment is the only way to reserve an accommodation. The payments act like a guarantee for both sides. A client gets a guaranteed accommodation, and the accommodation provider in his turn gets a cover of wasted opportunities in case of client’s non-show.

Cancellation policy varies from accommodation to accommodation, still in most cases the deposits are returned completely to client in case he/she makes the cancellation 25 or more days before the supposed arrival date. In case the cancellation takes place less than 25 days before the agreed arrival date, no refund is applicable.
